Refund Processing
A refund is any aid money a student receives – either through financial aid, third party sponsor, or scholarship - beyond what the College bills for tuition, fees, and other costs required to attend the College. These leftover funds are paid out to the student.
Refunds are processed through BankMobile. To set your refund preferences, go to www.refundselection.com.
You have several choices for how to receive your refunds:

Through BankMobile, you may select an electronic deposit to your existing checking or savings account or you may choose to set up a new bank account with BankMobile.

You may also choose to receive a paper check in the mail directly from BankMobile, at your address on record with Admissions. Be sure to keep your address up to date.
*Note: If you do not set up a preference, you will not receive the refund and may lose access to the leftover funds.
Only classes dropped by the course census date are eligible for refund of tuition. If a student withdraws from a class after the posted drop deadline, they are still responsible for charges.
For any withdrawal in class(es), an adjustment of Financial Aid Awards will be made accordingly. Financial Aid recipients who officially or unofficially withdraw from the College may owe a repayment of Title IV funds received. For more information about Financial Aid adjustments, please contact the Financial Aid Office regarding refund eligibility.
Class Cancellations
In the event the College cancels a class section for any reason, the College will notify students via their college assigned email address. The charge for the class will be reversed on the account. If the student has already paid for the class out of pocket, the student will be entitled to a 100 percent refund.
Students may choose from the sections still available to substitute for the cancelled class or may request a refund of the resulting credit on the account.
To register for another section, assistance is available in the Registration and Records office.
