There are an array of student services at CCA.  Many can be found in the Student-Handbook, https://ccaurora.edu/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Student-Handbook-12.14.2023-Spreads.pdf

Services include:

  • The Teaching and Learning Transformation Hub
  • Office of Student Advocacy Services
  • Career Services
  • Mental Health and Counseling Services
  • Inclusive Excellence
  • Resources for Students with Disabilities
  • Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI)
  • Student Life
  • TRiO Student Support Services
  • Transfer Success Office - Students can get help to ensure a clear and achievable path to transfer to their four-year institution of choice.  For questions and help email transfer@ccaurora.edu
  • Student ID Cards - Student ID cards are issued once a student is registered for classes. A Student ID card can be used when you check in for college services such as at the library, tutoring, admissions, to see an advisor and more! Your Student ID also qualifies you for retail and shopping discounts. The Student ID Request Form is located in MyCCA under Forms, Registration and Records Forms. There is no charge for a student ID card. There is a replacement fee for a lost student ID card.
  • Testing Services (including make-up and online class testing) -  https://ccaurora.edu/admission-aid/testing/
  • Emergency Assistance Fund Program - The Student Emergency Assistance Fund Program provides limited financial assistance to students who are unable to meet immediate, essential expenses because of a temporary hardship related to an unforeseen financial emergency and/or catastrophic event. This program is funded by donations to the CCA Foundation. For more information, please contact 303-340-7524.
