Construction Management A.A.S.
Prepares individuals to supervise, manage, and inspect construction sites, buildings, and associated facilities. Students learn about site safety, personnel supervision, labor relations, diversity training, construction documentation, and scheduling. Includes instruction in resource and cost control, bid strategies, rework prevention, and construction insurance and bonding. Coursework also addresses accident management and investigation, applicable law and regulations, and communication skills.
