Military Deployment Procedures
Military personnel, and emergency management officials who are deployed on Temporary Duty (TDY) during a term should contact their instructor for special consideration. Documentation of official activation/deployment and TDY assignment is required, and any special considerations must be approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs.
If a student receives new orders after the census (drop) date for classes and cannot make arrangements to complete their courses due to the military orders, they can submit a Tuition Credit and/or Late Withdraw Appeal for Extraordinary Circumstances appeal to Admissions, Registration, & Records, along with a letter and the orders showing the date orders were received.
