Methods of Payment
Each term the official payment due dates are published in the current class schedule. Payment in full or approved alternative payment arrangements listed below need to be in place by the due date. Your amounts due are available on the MyCCA portal after you register for classes. You are responsible for knowing your amounts due and making payment.
Methods of Payment
- Pay in full online: Go to www.ccaurora.edu and log in to MyCCA using your student ID#. Click the Student Finance tab and under Payment Options, choose the “Pay Online with a Credit Card” link.
- Pay in full in person: Visit the CentreTech or Lowry Campus Cashier’s Office. Payments can be made in the form of cash, checks, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover only).

- Lowry Campus, 710 Alton Way, Denver, CO 80230 - West Quad Building, Lowry Student Services
- Sign up for a Payment Plan: You may sign up for a payment plan through MyCCA, using your student ID#. Click the Student Finance tab and under Payment Options, choose the “Sign up for a Payment Plan” link. Follow the instructions to get set up. You will be charged a non-refundable fee, due immediately.
Once your payment plan is set up, you can access it anytime through MyCCA. The following tools are available:
- You can view your balance due, payments made, increases or decreases to your tuition and fee amounts, and other information.
- If someone will be paying tuition and fees on your behalf, you can add an “Authorized Party” to your account.
- If you would like to make a payment towards your tuition and fees in addition to your scheduled payment, you can use the “Make a Payment” option. Any additional payments made will decrease your total balance and result in an adjustment to your monthly payment amount.
- College Savings Plans- 529 Savings Plans or Private Scholarships: All 529 Plans and private scholarship checks should be made payable to Community College of Aurora

- VA Benefits: If you plan to use VA benefits to pay your student account, visit our Veteran Services Office for additional information and to get started. You can also find more information at: https://www.ccaurora.edu/students/military-veterans.
- Third Party Sponsorship: Third party sponsor students are students who have their tuition paid for by a third party, such as an employer, a high school or another agency. A Third Party Authorization Letter must be received by the Cashier’s Office each semester by the payment due date to avoid being dropped until your sponsor is billed and paid. All Third Party Authorization Letters must include the following:
- Name and Contact Information for the Third Party Sponsor
- Name of Student and which term is to be paid
- Approval of total amount of tuition and fees the sponsor will pay
- A FERPA Release Form signed by the student

- Financial Aid: Once you have applied for financial aid, it can take several weeks to process your award. While your financial aid award is being processed, set up a Payment Plan to make sure you are not dropped from your classes for non-payment.
