Appeal Procedure
Students who are denied in-state tuition will not be allowed to drop courses after the census date. Students are responsible for dropping all courses by census date even if a decision on the Petition for In-State Tuition has not yet been received or agree to pay the out of state tuition rate. Students who are denied in-state tuition may appeal the decision of the Tuition Classification Officer. The decision of the appeals committee is final and will not be overturned by the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE).
CCA reserves the right to correct tuition classification after the deadline in cases where the college believes an error was made.
