Focuses on statistical study, descriptive statistics, probability, the binominal distribution, index numbers, time series, decision theory, confidence intervals, linear regression, and correlation. Intended for business majors.
Prerequisite
Successful completion of
BUS 1015 and
ACC 1021 or
MAT 1340 (grade C or higher) or qualifying assessment scores (Next Generation Accuplacer AF 245+, Accuplacer EA 085+, ACT Math 23+, SAT Math 550+). **Certificate seeking students who do not meet one of these, please contact the department chair.
